We have a 30-day no-questions-asked refund policy. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, contact us to get both an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) and a return address. Include the RMA# on the shipping label.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To return your product, you need to contact our support team for more detail.
Once the item is received and inspected, we will provide an exchange or refund to you.
NOTE: Original shipping and handling charges are not refunded and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping
