SHIPPING AND RETURNS
We source our products from different warehouses all over the world and it's typical for packages to arrive separately and at different times.
All orders will be submitted to our processing center within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. Due to high demand, some orders may take 2-4 weeks to arrive dependent on your location.
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate, as we cannot be held responsible for a delayed parcel due to incorrect entry of details.
We have a 30-day no-questions-asked refund policy. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us to get both an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) and a return address. Include the RMA# on the shipping label.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To return your product, you need to contact our support team for more detail.
Once the item is received and inspected, we will provide an exchange or refund to you.
NOTE: Original shipping and handling charges are not refunded and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping
