We never store or share your information. We request for payment every time you order from our site as we do not store your information.

We love hearing from you and we get a lot of inquiries. We do our best to answer all emails within 1-3 business days.

We deliver products directly to consumers from our manufacturers and artists around the world which allows us to offer extremely low prices.


We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover).


We offer affordable shipping on all deliveries in the United States, except for single promotional items. 

As a small boutique shop selling trendy baby essentials, our standard shipping takes 1-4 days for processing and up to 5-12 days for delivery on items shipped from the United States.  Please expect 12-20 days after processing for delivery on items shipped globally.  (Currently an estimated 75% of our products are shipped from warehouses around the world).

  • Many of our items will ship separately, so you may receive multiple shipping confirmation emails with unique tracking numbers.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items if they have been confirmed delivered by the postal service.


You must contact us within 6 hours of placing the order to arrange an order change. You can do this by emailing with your order number as the subject.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 30 days of receipt by contacting .

*Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered, or that don’t come with your ordering information inside the package will not be accepted. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.  Please see our returns page for full next steps.



We insist that you love everything you buy from us. If you’re unhappy for any reason whatsoever, just let us know and we’ll bend over backwards to make things right again.
