We never store or share your information. We request for payment every time you order from our site as we do not store your information.
How quickly do you respond to email queries?
We love hearing from you and we get a lot of inquiries. We do our best to answer all emails within 1-3 business days.
How do you offer such low prices?
We deliver products directly to consumers from our manufacturers and artists around the world which allows us to offer extremely low prices.
What type of payments do you accept? We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and paypal. Our transactions are secure and we never see your credit card information, only the payment made.
What is the shipping price?
We offer affordable shipping on all deliveries in the United States, except for single promotional items.
How long will it take to get my order?
As a small boutique shop selling trendy baby essentials, our standard shipping takes 1-4 days for processing and up to 5-12 days for delivery on items shipped from the United States. Please expect 12-20 days after processing for delivery on items shipped globally. (Currently an estimated 75% of our products are shipped from warehouses around the world).
Many of our items will ship separately, so you may receive multiple shipping confirmation emails with unique tracking numbers.
It's been too long, where is my order?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items if they have been confirmed delivered by the postal service.
I ordered something, but I want to cancel
You must contact us within 6 hours of placing the order to arrange an order change. You can do this by emailing email@example.com with your order number as the subject.
My order arrived, but I received the wrong items
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us with your order number. If we’re at fault, you can send us back the items and we’ll send you out the correct items at our cost (or issue a refund).
My order arrived and I want to change the size/color
Please contact us at email@example.com and provide us with your order number. You can send us your item back and we will send you a new item with the updated size. *Postage costs will be at your expense.
My order arrived, but I want to return it
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 30 days of receipt by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org.
*Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered, or that don’t come with your ordering information inside the package will not be accepted. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Please see our returns page for full next steps.
